Ingredients
  1. 1 french baguette
  2. 3 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1 cup jarred pesto
  4. 1/2 cup feta, crumbled
  5. 1 jar roasted red peppers, sliced
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch slices and arrange on baking sheet. Brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake until browned, 8-10 minutes. Top each with a heaping tablespoon of pesto, feta crumbles and a slice or two of roasted red peppers.

  1. I love to make these as an app. around the Holidays- the colors are perfect!
