Ingredients
  1. 12 frozen dinner rolls
  2. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  3. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  4. 1/2 cup romano cheese, grated
  5. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  6. 1/4 cup sour cream
  7. 14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  8. 3/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  9. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  10. 1 teaspoon basil
  11. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. Preheat the overt to 375 degrees and coat a 10-inch oven-safe skillet with olive oil. Place the dinner rolls in a ring around the skillet. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, parmesan, Romano, mozzarella, sour cream, artichokes, spinach, garlic, basil and red pepper flakes. Scoop the dip into the center of the skillet. Brush the dinner rolls with olive oil and an additional sprinkling of cheese. Bake for 25 minutes. I covered the bread after 12-15 minutes with tin foil to prevent from burning. remove from oven, tear into bread, dip and enjoy!
