Ingredients
  1. 2 sticks butter
  2. 10 oz. bittersweet chocolate chips
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 3/4 cups light brown sugar
  5. 4 eggs
  6. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  7. 1 teaspoon salt
  8. 1 1/3 cups flour
  9. 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  10. 6 graham crackers, roughly crushed
  11. 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9X13 baking dish with pam. In a large pan over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate, stirring unit smooth, 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and add to a large bowl. Whisk in the sugar and brown sugar. Once cooled, whisk in the eggs, one at a time. Add the vanilla and salt and whisk. In a small bowl, combine the flour and cocoa powered. Add to dry mixture to the wet with a spatula. Fold in the crushed graham crackers ad pour into the baking dish. Top with mini marshmallows and bake until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into squares, 1 hour.
