Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts, halved
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  4. 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  7. 1/2 lemon, juice
  8. Pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 3 minutes. Toss with the brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast until tender, 25 minutes.
