Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  2. 1/2 cup flour
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
  5. 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan
  6. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  7. 1 teaspoon salt
  8. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  9. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  10. Caesar or Ranch dressing, for dipping (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a large baking sheet with Pam.
  2. Add flour, eggs (beaten) and panko to three separate bowls. Add the Parmesan, olive oil, salt, garlic powder and cayenne to the panko bowl.
  3. Working in batches, toss brussels sprouts in the flour until coated, dunk in eggs and dredge in Panko mixture. Place on baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, about 25 minutes.
  4. Serve with Ceaser or Ranch dressing for dipping 🙂
