Ingredients
  1. 12 Oreos, crushed, I used "Birthday Cake Oreos"
  2. 2 cups white chocolate chips
  3. 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
  1. Line an 8X8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Place the Oreos in a ziplock bag and using a rolling pin or heavy cup, beat until crushed into fine pieces. Using a double broiler (pot placed over pot of boiling water), melt the chocolate and condensed milk. Add half of the crushed Oreos to the chocolate mixture and pour into the baking pan, spreading until even. Top with remaining crushed Oreos, pressing down so they stick into the fudge. Place in fridge until hardened, 2 hours. Once hardened, using a sharp knife, cut into 1X1 inch squares. (I run my knife under warm water for easier cutting).
