Ingredients
  1. 21 Oreos (15 whole, 6 chopped)
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1/2 cup sour cream
  5. 1 lb cream cheese (2 packages of philadelphia)
  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  7. pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Line muffin tin with muffin liners and place one whole oreo in the center of each. In a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth. Next add in sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and salt and beat until combined. Stir in the 6 chopped Oreos by hand and divide batter evenly among tins, filling each almost to the top (cupcakes won't rise at all when baking). Bake for 25 minutes or until filling is set in the middle. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
