Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  2. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  3. 3 tablespoons milk
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. 1/2 cup flour
  6. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  7. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  8. 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, semi sweet
  9. Pretzels 2 cups chocolate chips, milk
  10. sprinkles
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat together the butter and brown sugar until fluffy, 3 minutes. Add the milk and vanilla extract and beat. In a small bow, combine the flour, powdered sugar and salt. Working in batches add the dry ingredients to the wet, beating to combine. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and place dough in the fridge for 30 minutes or until easy to handle. Roll the cookie dough into teaspoon size balls and sandwich between two pretzels. Place on a baking sheet and freeze, 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, add the chocolate to a heat-proof bowl set on top of a pot of boiling water. Melt until smooth. Dip half of each pretzel bite into the chocolate and sprinkled each with sprinkles. Place back on the baking sheet and freeze until the chocolate sets, 15 minutes. Keep the pretzel bites in the fridge until ready to eat.
