Ingredients
  1. 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
  2. 4 eggs
  3. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  4. 1 pinch salt
  5. 1 cup strong coffee, very hot
  6. 1 cup heavy cream
  7. 2 tablespoons sugar
  8. 1 carton fresh raspberries, optional
Instructions
  1. Add the chocolate chips, eggs, vanilla, and salt in a blender and pulse 5-7 times or until the chocolate chips are slightly broken up. Turn on the blender and pour in the coffee, making sure it is very hot. Blend until smooth (the coffee will melt the chocolate). Pour the mixture into small mason jars, wine glasses, or whatever you have on hand. Place the jars on a tray and refrigerate until firm, 2-3 hours.
  2. When the pots de cremes are firm, make the whip cream by beating the cream and sugar on high in a medium bowl until stiff peaks form. Dollop on top of each glass and top with fresh berries if you wish!
