Ingredients
  1. 1/2 stick butter
  2. 1 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  3. 1 cup flour
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  6. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  8. 2 eggs
  9. 1/2 cup Biscoff Spread
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 8X8 baking dish with foil and spray with cooking spray. Place butter in the microwave and microwave for 45 seconds until butter is melted and hot. Add in 3/4 cup white chocolate chips and let sit for one minute. Stir until smooth and if needed place back in microwave for an additional 30 seconds to melt through. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir in white chocolate/butter mixture, 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, eggs, and Biscoff until combined. Pour batter into baking dish, spreading evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
