Marinade
  1. 1 lemon, juice
  2. 1/2 cup olive oil
Spicy Aioli
  1. 1 cup mayonnaise
  2. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  3. 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  4. 1 teaspoon paprika
  5. 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  6. 1 1/2 tablespoons Sirarcha
Sandwiches
  1. 4 chicken breasts, small
  2. 1 avocado, sliced
  3. 1 tomato, sliced
  4. 4 slices provolone cheese
  5. 4 strips bacon, cooked
  6. 4 ciabatta rolls
Instructions
  1. Begin by marinating the chicken by placing them in a plastic bag with the lemon juice and olive oil for at least five hours. Make the spicy aioli by combining all ingredients together in a small bowl. When ready to assemble the sandwiches, brush each ciabatta roll with olive oil and grill until toasted. Slather a generous amount of aioli on the bottom of each roll. Next grill each chicken breast for 7 minutes a side or until cooked through. During the last 2 minutes, top each chicken breast with a strip of bacon (cut in half) and a slice of cheese and cook until melted. Transfer the chicken breasts to the rolls, top with sliced avocado, tomato and the other half of the rolls. Enjoy!
