Directions
  1. 4 plums, pitted and chopped
  2. 4 peaches, pitted and chopped
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  6. pinch of salt
  7. 2 tablespoons flour
Crumble
  1. 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  2. 1/4 cup flour
  3. 2/3 cup old fashioned oats
  4. 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  5. 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8X11 baking dish with pam. In a large bowl, toss the peaches and plums with the sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and flour. Transfer to the baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine the "crumble" ingredients. Sprinkle over the fruit and bake until bubbling and golden brown, 50-55 minutes. My favorite way to eat this is a la mode- warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top!
