Ingredients
  1. 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  2. 1 3/4 cups milk chocolate
  3. 1 1/2 cups white chocolate
  4. 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  5. green food coloring
Instructions
  1. Line an 8X8 baking pan with foil and spray with pam. Add 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate to a medium pot and 1 1/2 cups white chocolate to a separate medium pot. Add 1/2 the can of condensed milk to eat pot and heat over medium heat until melted and smooth, 10 minutes. Add the peppermint extract and a few drops of green food coloring to the white chocolate mixture and stir until combined. Using a rubber spatula, spread the milk chocolate into an even layer at the bottom of the pan. Top with melted green chocolate mixture. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips over top of green chocolate and press down. Transfer pan to fridge and refrigerate until hardened, about one hour. Remove foil from pan and peel away from chocolate. Transfer to a cutting board and cut into 1 inch square pieces.
