Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 cup almonds, raw
  2. 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  3. 2-3 canola oil
  4. pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spread almonds evenly. Drizzle with maple syrup, tossing to coat, and bake for 20 minutes. Allow the almonds to cool for 10 minutes or so. Transfer to a food processor, add oil, and a pinch of salt and process for about a minute. Scrap down the sides and process until your butter reaches its desired consistency, about 7 minutes. Spoon into a bowl and serve with toast or on a bagel for breakfast or a snack! Refrigerate to keep.
