Ingredients
  1. 10 oz jump lump crab meat
  2. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  3. 1/2 cup sour cream
  4. 4 oz cream cheese
  5. 2 green onions, sliced thin, white & green parts
  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  8. 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  9. 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  10. pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Drain the crab meat or pour out water. Toss in a large bowl along with all the other ingredients listed above. Transfer to a large baking dish (preferably the same one you wish to serve the dip in) and bake for 25 minutes. Top with extra sliced green onions and a sprinkle of paprika. Serve with crackers for an unbeatable appetizer!
