Endive Boats with Pear, Blue Cheese and Walnuts

 Ingredients
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 pear, finely chopped
 - 1 tablespoon honey
 - 1/8 teaspoon salt
 - 1/8 teaspoon pepper
 - 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese
 - 16 Belgian endive leaves (2 heads)
 - 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
 
Instructions
 - In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, pear, salt, pepper and cheese. Spoon about 2 teaspoons of pear mixture into each leaf. Sprinkle with walnuts.
