Ingredients
  1. 2 16 oz. containers of biscuit dough
  2. 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  3. 5 oz. cream cheese
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  6. 1/2 cup butter
  7. 1 cup brown sugar
  8. 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a bundt cake pan with pam. Cut biscuits in half and flatten each into a 3-4 inch circle with your hands. Place 1/2 teaspoon cream cheese and 4-5 chocolate chips in the center of each biscuit round and fold dough to form into ball, making sure sealed tight. In a large ziplock bag, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Add 8 dough balls, seal the bag and shake until coated. Repeat with remaining dough balls. In a medium bowl, add butter and brown sugar. Microwave for 1 minute, stopping half way to stir. Remove and stir until mixture thickens, 1 minute. To the bundt pan, arrange 16 dough balls (1/2) on the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup walnuts and half of the carmel. Repeat with remaining dough balls, 1/4 cup walnuts and remaining carmel. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and turn upside down on a large plate. This allows all the carmel sauce to seep through the entire pan. Let cool for 10-15 minutes and lift off pan. Pull apart the balls of goodness and enjoy 🙂
