Pancakes
  1. 1 1/2 cups flour
  2. 2/3 cup yellow cake mix
  3. 1 tablespoon sugar
  4. 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  7. 1 1/2 cups milk (I used Almond Milk)

Glaze
  1. 1 cup powdered sugar
  2. 1/2 tablespoon mik
  3. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  4. sprinkles
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, cake mix, baking powder, sugar and salt. In a small bowl, mix the milk, eggs and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, mixing to combine. If too thick, add more milk, one tablespoon at a time. Fold in the sprinkles. Spray a large pan with pam and add batter one cup at a time. Cook for two minutes or until bubbles begin to form. Flip and cook for an additional minute. In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar, milk and vanilla extract until glaze forms. Spoon glaze over pancakes and top with more sprinkles.
