Ingredients
  1. 12 oz. dark chocolate chips, 70 %
  2. 12 oz. white chocolate chips, I used Ghirardelli
  3. 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  4. 4 tablespoons yellow cake mix
  5. 4 tablespoons sprinkles of your choice
Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil sprayed with pam. Heat the dark chocolate and 1 tablespoon oil in a microwave safe bowl until melted, 3 minutes, stopping and stirring at 30 second intervals. Once smooth, pour the chocolate onto the baking sheet and smooth with a spatula. Place in the freezer until hardened, 20 minutes. Melt the white chocolate and 1 tablespoon oil the same way. Mix in the cake batter and working quickly, smooth on top of the dark chocolate. Immediately sprinkle the sprinkles on top, as the chocolate will harden quickly and the sprinkles won't stick. Place back in the freezer until hardened, 20 minutes. Once set, break apart into pieces in whatever size you wish.
