Ingredients
  1. 1 ball pizza dough, homemade or store-bought
  2. 1 lb chicken tenders
  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 2 teaspoons grill seasoning, I used McCormick
  5. 2 tablespoons butter
  6. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  7. 3 tablespoons Franks Hot sauce
  8. 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  9. 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
  10. 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded (mozzarella also works well)
  11. 3 scallions, thinly sliced
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and spray a pizza pan or large baking sheet with pam. Place chicken on a plate, drizzle with olive oil and grill seasoning. Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat and cook chicken until browned, 5 minutes a side. Remove from pan and thinly slice. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough and transfer to the pan. In a the same skillet, melt butter. Stir in worcestershire, franks hot sauce, and tomato sauce until combined. Add chicken to sauce and coat. Cover pizza dough with saucy chicken, cheeses, and scallions. Bake 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is lightly browned. Top with more franks at end if you are like me and addicted 🙂
