Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers w. Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 5 scallions, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons worcestershire
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- pickles
- lettuce
- 4 burger buns
Instructions
- In a large pan, bring the cranberries, sugar and 1/2 cup water to a boil. Reduce to a summer and cook until the sauce thickens, 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the turkey, scallions and worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Gently add the blue cheese. Form into 4 large patties. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook, 7 minutes a side. Arrange slices of red onion, lettuce and pickles on the bottom of the buns. Top with burgers and spoon cranberry sauce on the tops of the burger buns. Sandwich and serve!
