Ingredients
  1. 3 pounds chicken drumsticks
  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  3. 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  4. 6 scallions, chopped, whites
  5. 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  6. 2 tablespoons butter
  7. 2 tablespoons honey
  8. 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  9. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and spray a baking sheet with pam. Wash the chicken drumsticks and pat dry with paper towel. Season with salt and pepper and toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Bake until browned and cooked through, 45 minutes. Meanwhile, in a medium pan heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the scallions and cook, 3 minutes. Add the hoisin sauce, butter, honey and grated ginger and cook until thick, 5 minutes. In a large bowl, toss the chicken drumsticks with the sauce until coated. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve warm.
