Ingredients
  1. 4 tablespoons flour
  2. 4 tablespoons sugar
  3. 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  6. 1 egg
  7. 3 tablespoons milk
  8. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  9. 2 caramels
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the caramels. Pour the mixture into a large mug and drop the caramels into the center, one at a time. Microwave on high for 1 minute, 30 seconds. If the batter is still wet, microwave on high for an additional 30 seconds. NOMS
