Ingredients
  1. 3-4 bananas, smashed
  2. 1/3 cup melted butter
  3. 1 1/2 cups flour
  4. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  5. 1 cup light brown sugar
  6. 1 egg
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  9. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  10. 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted
  11. pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and butter a 4x8 inch bread pan. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and smashed bananas. Next add in the brown sugar, egg, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg and mix until well combined. Next add in the flour, baking soda, and salt and pour into the loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes to an hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pan and slice to serve.
