Ingredients
  1. 1 lb ground turkey
  2. 1/2 cup feta cheese
  3. 1/2 cup marinated sun-dried tomatoes
  4. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 2 tablespoons whole milk
  7. 2 cloves garlic
  8. 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  9. 1 teaspoon pepper
  10. 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9 X 5 loaf pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl stir together the feta, sun-dried tomatoes, bread crumbs, eggs, milk, parsley, salt and pepper. Add the turkey and stir to combine. Transfer the meat mixture to the loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
