Ingredients
  1. 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch thin sticks
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  4. 1/2 cup ketchup
  5. 1 tablespoon sriracha
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the sweet potatoes and olive oil on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange the fries so they are in an even layer and aren't overlapping each other. Bake for 15 minutes, and using a spatula, flip fries. Bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown. Fries should be tender, but won't get crispy (still as delicious as ever)! While the fries are baking, make the dipping sauce by combining the mayonnaise, ketchup, and sriracha together in a small bowl. Once the fries are done, sprinkle with more salt and serve with the dipping sauce!
