Ingredients
  1. 2 sticks butter, cut into pieces
  2. 4 garlic cloves, minced
  3. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  4. 2 lemons, juice
  5. 1 teaspoon salt
  6. 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  7. 2 lbs raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, shells on
  8. 1 French Baguette, cut into slices and toasted
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Add the butter and garlic to a food processor and pulse to combine. Add the parsley, lemon juice, salt, and red pepper flakes, and pulse until smooth. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet. Dot the butter mixture all over the shrimp. Bake in the oven until the shrimp are pink and the butter is bubbling, 20 minutes. Be careful not to let the butter burn. Serve shrimp in bowls, with extra juice drizzled on top, and slices of crusty French bread for dipping (the very best part)!
