Ingredients
  1. 2 lbs whole mixed mushrooms
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 2 tablespoons butter
  4. 3 garlic cloves, minced
  5. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  6. 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and place whole mushrooms on baking sheet. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper and roast until brown, 30 minutes, stirring half way through. In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and smoked paprika and toss with the mushrooms in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
