Ingredients
  1. 1 1/4 cup red velvet cake mix
  2. 1 cup powdered sugar
  3. 4 oz. cream cheese
  4. 11 oz. white chocolate chips
  5. Red sprinkles
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat together the cake mix, powdered sugar and cream cheese until the dough forms a large bowl. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place in fridge for 1 hour. Melt the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over a pot of boiling water. Using two forks, dip the balls into the white chocolate and place back on the parchment lined baking sheet. Immediately sprinkle each ball with sprinkles. Place back in fridge until hardened, 30 minutes. Best stored in the refrigerator.
