Ingredients
  1. 1 1/4 pound ground sirloin
  2. 1/4 cup diced onion, fine
  3. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  4. 1 teaspoon steak seasoning (or salt and pepper)
  5. 3 portobello mushrooms, thinly sliced
  6. 4 slices Swiss cheese
  7. 4 buns
  8. 1/2 cup mayo
  9. 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  10. olive oil
Instructions
  1. Saute onions in a small pan over medium heat until tender, 5 minutes. Combine meat with onions, worcestershire, steak seasoning, and form into 4 patties. Drizzle patties with olive oil and grill 4-5 minutes on each side. Meanwhile heat mushrooms in a pan with tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper until tender, 5 minutes. Pile mushrooms on top of burgers just before they are ready to take off the grill. Turn off the heat and add swiss cheese on top of burgers until melted, 2 minutes. Combine mayo, balsamic vinegar, and teaspoon black pepper in small bowl.
  2. Assemble burgers on toasted buns with balsamic mayo.
