Ingredients
  1. 1 package Oreos
  2. 8 oz. cream cheese
  3. 11 oz. bag white chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Add the Oreos to a food processor and pulse a few times until roughly chopped. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the cookie crumbs in a small bowl. Add to a large bowl along with the cream cheese and using an electric beater, beat until smooth. Place in fridge for 1 hour or until easier to handle. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place back in fridge for 1 hour. Melt the white chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over boiling water and stir until smooth. Using two forks, roll each ball in the melted chocolate until coated and return back to the parchment lined baking sheet. Immediately sprinkle each truffle with a pinch of Oreo crumbs and place back in fridge until hardened, 30 minutes. Best stored in refrigerator.
