 Ingredients
 - 2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 jar Nutella
Instructions
 - Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray a mini muffin tin with pam. In a large bowl, cream the butter and both sugars together until fluffy, 5 minutes. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. In a separate medium bowl, combine the flour, salt and baking soda. Add the dry ingredients to the wet, half at a time, until combined. Roll the dough into large tablespoon balls and place in the mini muffin tins. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden around the edges. Using a shot glass or small spice jar, press each cookie cup down to create an indent in the center. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of Nutella to the center of each cup. Using a toothpick, swirl around to make smooth. Let cool 15-20 minutes before removing from cups.
