Ingredients
  1. 1 ball pizza dough, white or whole wheat
  2. 1 flank steak
  3. 2 red onions, sliced thin
  4. 1 tablespoons butter
  5. 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  6. 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  7. 1 1/2 cups Marinara Sauce
  8. 12 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
  9. A1 steak sauce for drizzling
  10. 1/2 cup shaved parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and spray a pizza pan or large baking sheet with pam. On a lightly flured surface, roll out pizza dough and transfer to pan. Saute red onions in butter and 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar over medium heat until caramelized, 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Combine marinara sauce with 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar and Worcestershire sauce and spread over dough. Top with sauteed onions and cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. While pizza is baking, grill steak over high heat until medium rare. Allow to rest and slice into thin slices. Once pizza is ready, remove from oven and top with steak slices, drizzles of A1 sauce, and parmesan shavings. Cut into slices and enjoy!
