Ingredients
  1. 12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
  2. 1 14 ounce can condensed milk
  3. 2 tablespoons butter
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  5. 3/4 cup pistachios, shells removed
  6. pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Spray a 8 X 8 pan with cooking spray and set aside. Using a double broiler (heat proof bowl over pot of boiling water), melt the chopped chocolate, condensed milk, butter, and salt until combined. Meanwhile, place the shelled nuts in a plastic bag and bash with a rolling pin until broken into small pieces. Add the nuts to the melted chocolate mixture and pour into the tray, smoothing the top with a wet butter knife. Place the fudge in the fridge and let cool, at least 3 hours. Once cooled completely, cut into 1 inch squares and enjoy! Best to store in refrigerator.
