Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries, raspberries also work great
  2. 1 tablespoon water
  3. 4 ounces low fat cream cheese
  4. 3 tablespoons fat free milk
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  6. 1/3 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. In a small pan over medium heat, cook the berries with 1 tablespoon water until bursting and soft, 10 minutes. Add to blender and puree until smooth. Refrigerate until slightly cooled, 10 minutes. In a blender, combine the cream cheese, milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth. Layer the berry mixture and cream cheese mixture alternately in the molds. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Warm mold under warm running water so popsicles easily slide out!
