Ingredients
  1. 5 large kale leaves
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  5. pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a large baking pan with pam. Cut the stems away from the kale leaves and discard. Cut the leaves into 2 to 3 inch pieces and add to a bowl. Toss with the olive oil, salt, pepper and red pepper flake. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake until crisp, 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle with extra salt and cool before serving.
