Ingredients
  1. 1 jar dill pickle chips
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  4. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  5. 1 teaspoon paprika
  6. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  7. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  8. 4 cups rice chex
  9. 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing, optional for dipping
Instructions
  1. First drain the juice from the pickles. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and buffalo sauce. In a food processor, pulse together the garlic powder, paprika, pepper, red pepper, and rice chex until finely ground. Transfer to large plate. Begin making the pickles. Working in batches, add the pickles to the egg mixture and then toss in the rice chex mixture. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with pam and broil on high, 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with blue cheese sauce on the side for dipping if you desire!
